Patrons can line up at the Gate from 2pm on Friday July 19th (no earlier, thank you). If you’re camping, we’ll get you sorted before the first evening concert begins!

How much is camping?
Unserviced weekend sites are available for (Fri, Sat, Sun) for $50 total or $20 for one night.
Are there serviced sites available this year?
No.
How do I receive my tickets?
Online Purchase: Upon successful completion of your purchase a confirmation email is sent to your email address with your tickets and receipt attached. You will receive the email from ticketscene.ca. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
I have purchased a Guardian Ticket rather than an Adult ticket. Will this be an issue?
No. A Guardian ticket is a valid adult ticket.
What is a weekend ticket?
A weekend ticket is a ticket valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Do I need a camping ticket?
The answer for most people is yes. If you are planning on staying over night on site in any form (car, tent, motor home, caravan) then you will need to purchase a camping ticket.
Can I bring my campervan, motor home, caravan or camper trailer to the festival?
Yes – Please note there are no powered sites or separate areas for these options.
Can additional vehicles be kept with my tent?
No. There is a strict policy that only camper-style vehicles can be kept in a campsite to limit traffic in camping areas.
Are campsites allocated in the campgrounds?
No, campsites are not allocated. We operate on a first in first served basis. We have plenty of room for everyone.
What time must I vacate my site if I am camping overnight?
10am the following day. Your ticket does not allow access to the Festival Field the morning of your departure.
Can I share my Weekend ticket with someone else?
No. One ticket can only be exchanged for one wristband. The festival wristband must be worn at all times.
Can my friend visit me at my campsite?
All visitors to the Fiddle Festival grounds must be in possession of a valid ticket. The festival campground is considered part of the Festival grounds.
What if my name is not on my ticket?
The purchaser of the ticket must ensure that the name on each ticket is correct and photo ID will be required at the Festival Entry Gate.
If I cannot attend, can I get a refund?
Refunds are not made if you change your mind or you are unable to attend the event.
Tickets can be transferred and names on purchased tickets can be changed online.
What are the gate opening times?
Gates open:
4:00pm (2:00pm For Campers) Friday July 18th 2025 until 9PM – no first-time entry after 10PM, even to ticket holders.
9:00am (Fun Run + Music Camp Starts @ 9am) Saturday 19th July 2025 – no first-time entry after 9PM, even to ticket holders.
9:00am (Music Camp Starts @ 9am) Sunday 20th July 2024 – no first-time entry after 9PM, even to ticket holders.
Can I purchase a camping ticket for the night before I want to go to the festival?
Overnight Camping passes are only sold accompanying a Ticket for the same day.
Is there food or drink being served at the festival?
Yes, we have food, coffee, alcohol vendors on site! Souris is a 5 minute drive away and is equipped with grocery stores and restaurants.
Can I bring alcohol to the festival?
We are serious about making the festival safe for all attendees and for this reason, there is no BYO alcohol allowed in the festival field, as it is a licensed area. Anyone found in possession of BYO alcohol in the festival field may have their wristband removed, and be removed from site. Underage drinking will result in the removal of the underage patron’s wristband, as well as the associated Guardian wristband, as per the festival’s Youth Policy.
Can I bring my dog to the festival?
Once you’ve considered the atmosphere of the festival, and feel confident that your dog can handle lots of people, lots of children, and non stop fiddle tunes, yes, your dog is welcome, so long as you keep the pup leashed and clean up after her/him.
Can I volunteer to help out?
You sure can, we’d love it! Volunteers work an average of 13 hours over the full weekend in exchange for their weekend ticket. Please register your interest on our Volunteer page!
Youth Ticket Policy
The youth ticketing policy is as follows:
• Youth tickets (13 – 18 years old) and Child tickets (12 and under) may only be purchased in conjunction with an Adult Guardian 25+ or a Seniors ticket. (For the remainder of this policy, Guardian 25+ or Guardian also refers to Seniors who have taken responsibility for Youth and Children on site)
• A Guardian 25+ ticket holder must be aged 25 years or older and must be contactable by cell phone at the festival.
• A maximum of 3 Youth or Child tickets may be purchased with each Guardian 25+ ticket.
eg: a single guardian may purchase a maximum of three Youth or Child tickets. If a fourth Youth or Child ticket is required, another Guardian 25+ ticket holder must be purchased with the group.
As the purchaser of a Guardian Ticket you must:
• Provide your relevant festival contact details with the ticket purchase.
• Agree to our terms and conditions of entry (listed on your ticket)
• Advise any associated ticket holders of the consequences of any breaches of these terms and conditions prior to arrival at the event.
Conditions of Entry
• All Guardian ticket holders are required to produce valid proof of age identification when arriving at the Festival Gate
• All Guardian and associated Youth and Child ticket holders within a group must arrive at the Festival Gate together. No Youth or Child ticket holder will be permitted entry without their Guardian being present.
• Due to liquor licensing conditions within the Festival precinct, all minors must be accompanied by a Guardian when they enter the Festival precinct.
• No more than 3 Youth or Child ticket holders per Guardian ticket holder will be granted entry to the Festival site.
• Any breach of the above Terms of Arrival will result in refusal of entry with no exceptions. Absolutely no ticket refunds will be given.
Camping Policy
• All Guardians and their associated Youth or Child patrons are required to camp together.
• Any campsite disruptions, in breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or Festival Etiquette (see below) will result in the immediate eviction of those involved.
• Any campsite disruptions, in breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or Festival Etiquette by either Youth or Child patrons or their Guardians will result in the immediate eviction of all associated Youth, Child and guardian(s) from the festival site.
• Zero tolerance will apply to disruptive or disrespectful behaviour within the camping areas. No warnings will be issued.

Terms of Entry
• Any breach of the Terms and Conditions or Festival Etiquette or involvement in illegal activities anywhere on site will result in the immediate eviction of those involved.
• Any breach of Terms and Conditions or Festival Etiquette or involvement in illegal activities anywhere on site, by either Youth or Child patrons or their Guardians, will result in immediate eviction of all associated Youth and Child patrons and associated Guardians from the festival site. This means that if a Youth or Child breaches the conditions of entry then the Guardian of that Youth or Child will be evicted along with all other associated Youth or Child patrons. No warnings will be issued.
• In the event of eviction from the festival site no refunds will be given.
• In the event of eviction from the festival site no re-purchase of festival tickets will be allowed.
Festival Etiquette
• All festival visitors must be mindful of their surroundings. Loud and/or intoxicated or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated anywhere on the festival grounds.
• All festival visitors must be respectful of others and their property and must not interfere with, damage or cause harm to any other visitor or their property.
• All campers must be respectful and considerate of their neighbours.
• All campers must respect fellow campers and their property, the campground amenities and natural surroundings. Disruptive behaviour, vandalism, damaging of the property of others, or harming of any vegetation or wildlife on the festival site will not be tolerated.
• From 10pm onwards, noise in all camping areas must be kept to a minimum. Festival venues are provided for late night jam sessions and frivolity.
